Our Personnel Support Division provides comprehensive services ensuring the health and readiness of HCSO personnel, retirees, and their families.

Dedicated Support for HCSO Personnel
The mission of the Personnel Support Division (PSD) is to care for the well-being of the Harris County Sheriff's Office family so they can safely and effectively serve the community. By coordinating mental health care, peer support, chaplaincy, honor guard, military liaison, and family assistance, the PSD promotes resilience, compassion, and professionalism throughout the agency.

Comprehensive Behavioral Health
Confidential counseling and mental health services for employees, retirees, and their families.
